Please take the time to read the terms and conditions governing Amoris guesthouse and its website: www.amorisguesthouse.com. By booking into our guesthouse and accessing our website, you agree to accept, without limitation or condition, all of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or guesthouse.
Booking
Making a booking
Amoris guesthouse rates are subject to availability and fluctuations. Standard rates apply to accommodation only unless otherwise specified. Breakfast is available upon request, and charges apply accordingly. Reservation and booking are confirmed only after Amoris guesthouse receives at least 50% of the booking charges.
Confirming booking
Guests wishing to bring an additional guest will require the permission of the guesthouse manager and will be charged accordingly. If a staying guest intends to extend their stay, we strictly require guests to confirm payment with the management at least 24 hours before the original check-out time to secure their room. In cases where we are unable to honor an extension, the Guesthouse will not be liable
Deposit
A 50% payment is required to confirm the booking, and full payment is strictly required upon arrival.
Check in & Check out
Check in and out
Check-in time is 1:30 pm, and check-out time is 10:30 am. Your room will be available from 12:30 pm on the day of arrival, unless an earlier time has been prearranged with the guesthouse. If a guest requires a late arrival time, this must be arranged in advance.
Keys handover
Amoris guesthouse reserves the right to remove a guest’s property from the room in the case of absence or failure to pay for a stay after 12 pm on the departure day. Keys must be returned on the day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will incur a charge.
Payments
Credit card
The credit card used to confirm and pay for a reservation must be presented during check-in at the guesthouse. An imprint of this card will be taken by the hotel to confirm its presence and authenticity.
Permissions
By providing your credit card information to our guesthouse, guests agree to our terms and conditions and authorize Amoris guesthouse to charge their credit card for the specified amount or charges. We do not accept checks as payment; only cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. Staying guests must settle payments on or before 10 am in case of an extension for another night. To confirm bookings, a minimum of 50% of the booking is required prior to reservation. All guests are required to pay their full balance upon arrival. Amoris guesthouse reserves the right not to refund any payment made to us at any point in time, as we strictly adhere to a no-refund policy.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
Smoking
Amoris guesthouse strictly enforces a "no smoking" policy. Any guests caught smoking in the guesthouse room will be fined R150 and asked to leave immediately. Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited, as all our rooms are designated as non-smoking, and we have designated smoking areas in the compound.
Breakfast
Our breakfast is served upon request and incurs charges per person.
Damages
Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for.
Liability, Conduct,
Privacy, Internet
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to guest or any of their party or vehicles or possessions.
Conduct
If keys are not returned upon the guest's departure from the guesthouse, we will deduct R100 from your credit/switch card to cover the cost of replacement keys and inconvenience. Guests are required to turn off all electrical appliances, including AC, upon departure. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your conduct or behavior is unacceptable or disturbs other guests, and you will be liable for the full cost of your stay.
Privacy
Your information is secure and strictly for the use of Amoris guesthouse. Any information collected during the booking process will be stored in our databases. It will not be shared with any third parties, but we may, with your agreement, contact you about any special offers or promotions that we believe you may be interested in.
Internet
Guest is not allowed to use our internet facilities for fraudulent or illegal activities.
It is strictly not acceptable for clients to use our internet for major and large file uploading and downloading.
Guest’s credit card and important information will not and in any case be shared with third party.
Children
Children
We are family friendly and accept children of all ages.
Only person of 18 years and above can make a booking at Amoris guesthouse
Children are strictly to stay away from the swimming pool, Amoris guest will not be responsible for any damage caused by the swimming pool.
Right to refuse accommodation

The booking is considered invalid if payment has been made through fraudulent means, if the booking has been altered by anyone other than Amoris guesthouse, its management, or representatives, if the person checking in is unable to prove their identity as the individual named in the booking confirmation, if the person who made the booking is below the age of 18 years, or if Amoris guesthouse suspects any threats or danger from the guest.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Amoris guesthouse operates on a strict cancellation policy, we require cancellation to be made at least 14 days before the check-in date.
Less than 14 days forfeit the full amount of stay.
No-show will be charged the full accommodation.
Amoris guesthouse reserves the right not to refund any payment that has been made to us at any point in time. We operate on a strictly no refund policy.
